    Yes, RealCar will deliver your rental car to you at your home, hotel, or wherever else you plan to be. When you're done, our concierge will pick it up from the location of your choice.
    Does RealCar Miami provide car rental delivery to the Airport?
    Yes, RealCar provides personalized delivery service to the airports including MIA, FLL, OPF, TMB, FXE and PBI. RealCar will be waiting for you with the luxury vehicle of your choice on your arrival at the terminal to make sure your journey in South Florida is as easy as it is luxurious.
    Can I schedule a rental car delivery for the same day?
    Absolutely! RealCar Miami offers same-day car rental delivery with just 2 hours' notice before the rental start. However, availability may vary depending on the selected vehicle and delivery location.
    Can I change delivery or return location after the booking was processed?
    Yes, the delivery or return location can be updated after your booking is confirmed. To ensure timely service, we require all changes to be submitted at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of your rental.
    Is there a fee for car rental delivery in Miami?
    There is no fee for delivery within the Miami Metro Area. However, airport delivery is available for a charge of $125 one way.
    How does the rental car delivery process work?
    The delivery process is very simple and straightforward. At the time of booking, you'll need to specify the date, time, and desired address for delivery and return. Two hours before delivery, you'll receive a text message reminder about your upcoming rental. Upon arrival, our delivery concierge will call or text you to confirm they’ve arrived. We kindly ask customers to be ready at the scheduled time, as our team prides itself on punctuality.
  • Is there a cancellation fee if I decide to cancel?
    If you choose to cancel the delivery and opt to pick up the vehicle after the rental has been processed, no cancellation fee will apply. However, please note that if you choose to cancel your booking, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before the rental start to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 72 hours prior, we will issue an e-credit for future use with us.
    Am I required to be present at the time of delivery, or can the car be delivered to the valet?
    We require the primary driver listed on the contract to be present at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have your driver’s license ready to present to our delivery concierge.
    What happens if I’m late to accept a delivery or return the vehicle?
    Please inform us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We offer a 30-minute grace period to meet our concierge for delivery or return. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, a late fee will apply. You will be charged $50 initially, with an additional $50 for every subsequent 30-minute interval until you arrive.
    What documents are required to rent a car with RealCar?
    To rent a car from RealCar in Miami, you will need to provide your payment card information, driver’s license, cell phone number and email to ensure proper communication. International drivers must present a valid passport, a driver’s license from their home country and an entry visa.
    Does RealCar require a security deposit when renting a luxury car in miami?
    Most of the time, we do not require a security deposit. However, if the rental is processed with a debit card, the customer is under 25, or there are major violations on the driving record, a refundable security deposit of up to $3,000 may be required.
