    RealCar does not rent exotic vehicles by the hour. The minimum billing period is for 24 hours, but you may return the vehicle earlier if you choose.

    RealCar's office is located at 1000 5th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139. If you plan to visit and complete your rental in person, please schedule an appointment in advance and specify the vehicle you’re interested in. This allows us to ensure it's ready for your arrival.
  • Does RealCar deliver rental cars?
    Yes, we do! RealCar will deliver your rental vehicle to the location of your choice within Miami between 8 am and 8 pm. Deliveries outside of these hours can be arranged in advance. For an additional fee, you can also request delivery to any of the Miami-area airports, including Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF). RealCar makes car rental delivery and return convenient for you.
    What are the requirements to rent with RealCar Miami?
    When renting a car with RealCar in Miami, you will need to provide your payment card information, driver's license number, and identity verification information. International drivers will also need to provide a valid passport and driver's license from their home country. We may require a security deposit of up to $3000, which will be refunded at the end of the rental. Please note that the payment card must be issued in the driver's name.
    Does RealCar require a security deposit?
    In most cases, no security deposit is required. If you are over 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and possess a major credit card in your name, such as AMEX or Chase Sapphire, a security deposit will not be necessary.
    What is RealCar's cancellation policy for rental car reservations?
    RealCar's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive an e-credit for future rental reservations.

    All RealCar rental vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing amount will be refilled at a rate of $6 per gallon.
    What is RealCar's smoking policy?
    RealCar maintains a strict no-smoking policy across its entire fleet. Renters and their passengers are prohibited from smoking in any RealCar rental vehicle. Reports of smoking are taken seriously, and if smoke is detected upon return of the vehicle, the renter may incur a fine of up to $250.
    What is RealCar's pet policy?
    RealCar Miami welcomes your pet along for the drive. However, if the rental vehicle's interior is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged.
