    What is the RealCar Loyalty Program?
    The new RealCar Loyalty Program thanks you with RealCoin rewards every time you choose RealCar.
    How It Works?
    For every trip you take with RealCar, you receive an amount of RealCoins equivalent to 10% of your total rental cost.* For example, if your rental cost was $850, you earn 85 RealCoins for that trip. *Please note that RealCoins are earned based on the rental cost only; insurance, additional services, and taxes are excluded.
    What are RealCoins?
    RealCoins are a loyalty reward bonus credited to your RealCar account after completing a trip with us. Each RealCoin can be redeemed for a $1 discount on future rentals with RealCar. (RealCoins have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.)
    How Are RealCoins Earned?
    RealCoins are earned and credited to your account after you successfully complete a trip with RealCar. You Earn RealCoins in an amount equal to 10% of your total rental price. Once your trip is completed, you will receive an email notifying you of the RealCoins added to your account and will update you on your level status in the RealCar Loyalty Program.
    What Are the Benefits of Each Loyalty Level?
    Basic Level: To reach Basic Level, your total spending within the past 12 months must be equal to or more than $850.* Benefits of Basic Level: - RealCoins Redemption: Redeem up to 50% of your RealCoins towards the cost of your next trip. - Birthday Discount: Receive a 7% discount as a birthday gift, redeemable within 14 days of issuance. If you choose to use your RealCoins for your next rental, the maximum possible amount of RealCoins available in your account according to your loyalty level will be automatically applied. - Any unused RealCoins will remain in your account and are redeemable within 365 days from the date they are accrued. - Each RealCoin is equivalent to a $1 discount on your reservation. RealCoins can be used to partially or fully cover the rental price of your trip, depending on your current level in the RealCar Loyalty Program.     Yes. The RealCar Loyalty Program is completely free. There are no membership fees and no additional costs to join or take advantage of the program.
    How to Join Our Loyalty Program?
    New RealCar drivers can start earning RealCoin loyalty rewards automatically by creating an account, making a reservation, and enjoying the drive. Once you`ve earned RealCoins, start taking advantage of discounts on future trips and enjoy benefits of the Basic loyalty level.
    Are there any fees for being a member of the RealCar Loyalty Program?
    No, the RealCar Loyalty Program is completely free to join. There are no membership fees and no additional costs to take advantage of the program.
    I`m Already a RealCar Customer, will I earn any RealCoins for my Previous Trips?
    If you are an active RealCar user who has completed previous trips with RealCar this year, we thank you for your loyalty! All existing RealCar users will be automatically credited with RealCoins for the bookings they completed within the past year. That means, you will receive RealCoins equal to 10% of the total rental cost of last year`s completed reservations.* Your Loyalty Program level will also be determined by the sum of your completed trips with us over the past year. Expect to receive an email notifying you of the amount of RealCoins credited to your account as well as your loyalty level once the RealCar Loyalty Program is officially launched. Note that RealCoins received from reservations that predated the launch of the RealCar loyalty program must be used within six months of issuance. All new RealCoins earned, however, will have the standard 365-day validity. An email will be sent to you 30 days before the expiration date to remind you to use them. *Note: RealCoins are earned based on the base rental cost only; insurance, additional services, and taxes are excluded.
    Are All Vehicles Included in the RealCar Loyalty Program?
    Yes, all vehicles in our fleet are included in the RealCar Loyalty Program. You can see how many RealCoins you can earn for each vehicle on our app or website. Additionally, when submitting your reservation request, you will be notified of the total number of RealCoins you stand to earn for that trip.

    How Do I See How Many RealCoins I Will Earn for My Next Trip?
    You can see the number of RealCoins you can earn by browsing the RealCar fleet of luxury vehicles on our app or website. Every car listing displays the potential RealCoins you stand to earn as a function of the daily rental price for that vehicle. Once you have chosen a rental vehicle, the total RealCoins you will earn for your particular trip will also be shown before you finalize your reservation.
    Can I earn RealCoins on additional services included with my rental?
    No, RealCoins are only earned as a function of the base rental price, excluding taxes, fees, insurance, and additional services.
    Can my current level in the RealCar Loyalty Program be downgraded?
    Your RealCar loyalty level is activated as soon as your total spending meets the required amount and remains valid for one year. If you do not make any new reservations within 365 days of reaching a level, you will be downgraded by one level. However, if you continue to make new reservations during this period, your current level will be maintained or upgraded, depending on the value of your bookings.
    Can I Increase the Standard Mileage Allowance with the RealCar Loyalty Program?
    Yes! The RealCar Loyalty Program allows you to increase the standard mileage allowance in accordance with your loyalty level: Standard Mileage Allowance: - Daily and Weekend Rentals: 200 free miles per day. - Rentals of 7 to 29 Days: 143 miles per day. - Rentals Exceeding 30 Days: 100 miles per day. - Additional miles are charged at $0.75 per mile. Loyalty Program Benefits: - Basic Level: Standard mileage allowance applies. - Silver Level: Enjoy 25% more miles on all rentals. - Gold Level: Get 50% more miles on all rentals. - Platinum Level: Receive 50% more miles on all rentals. - Ultra Platinum Level: Unlimited mileage for all cars in the RealCar fleet.     How to Use RealCoins?
    Start using your RealCoins as soon as you reach level one (Basic) of the RealCar Loyalty Program. RealCoins are earned whenever you complete a trip and become available for use on your next rental. RealCoins may be applied to future trips against the rental cost of your reservation. Redeeming your RealCoins is easy! Simply opt to apply them during the 'Benefits' step when placing your reservation on the RealCar app or website. If you have RealCoins available for use, you`ll receive a prompt indicating the amount you can redeem. After redeeming your RealCoins, your RealCoin balance will be automatically adjusted in your RealCar account. Redeem your RealCoins on your next rental, or continue to collect them to take advantage of greater savings in the future.
    Can I Use My RealCoins Only Partially?
    No, currently, you cannot use your RealCoins partially. The system will automatically apply the maximum amount of RealCoins available for your booking depending on your RealCar Loyalty Program Level.
    What Happens to My RealCoins if I Cancel My Trip or My Reservation Is Denied?
    If your reservation is canceled or denied, your RealCoins will be returned to your account balance.
    Will the number of RealCoins I Earn Be Recalculated If I Change My Reservation?
    Yes, if you change your reservation, for instance, by extending or shortening the rental period, the number of RealCoins you receive will be recalculated based on the new total rental price once the changes have been approved.

    How do I keep track of my RealCoin rewards?
    Whenever you complete a trip with RealCar, you`ll get an email confirming the RealCoins added to your account and notifying you of any updates to your loyalty level. You can also always check your trip status, your RealCoin balance, and your current loyalty level at any time in your RealCar account.
    How Do I Check My RealCoins Balance?
    Check your RealCoins balance and see the complete history of RealCoins you`ve earned and redeemed by logging in to your RealCar account and visiting the 'Bonus Program' section.
    Do My RealCoins Expire?
    Yes, RealCoins expire one year (365 days) after they are added to your account. All RealCoins have their own expiration date, established from the date they are credited to your account. RealCar will send you a courtesy email 30 days before the expiration of each set of RealCoins to notify you. You will always receive an email to remind you not to miss out on the chance to use your RealCoins for your next trips.

    What is e-Credit, and How Is It Different from RealCoins?
    e-Credit is a type of credit added to your RealCar account that can be used for future rentals. Unlike RealCoins, which are earned through the Loyalty Program, e-Credit is typically issued for specific reasons. For example, if a customer cancels an order less than 72 hours before the start date and time, they may receive an e-Credit instead of a full refund. This e-Credit is equal to the full price of the canceled reservation and can be used for future trips. While RealCoins are earned and have an expiration period, e-Credit does not expire and can be redeemed in full for your next rental. However, e-Credit and RealCoins cannot be combined and used together on the same booking.
    What is Roadside Assistance and How Does It Work?
    Roadside Assistance is a service that offers support to drivers in case of unexpected issues while on the road. It includes help with situations like vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, fuel delivery, and other emergencies. This service ensures that you can get back on the road quickly and safely, minimizing any inconvenience during your trip. For Ultra-Platinum members of the RealCar Loyalty Program, Roadside Assistance is provided free of charge.
